Once your booking is processed, we will send you the corresponding e-ticket(s) containing:
- a PNR number uniquely identifying your booking in the airline(s) reservation system(s);
- itinerary details, such as: travel times and dates, airports, flight numbers, and air carriers.
I have not received a confirmation email for my booking
